Cesar E. Bermudez is the President & CEO for Sterling Building Services, Inc., Sterling Window Cleaning, Inc. and Sterling Facility Solution, Inc. He has been in the facility maintenance industry since 1989 bringing all this experience to our Company, he was responsible for a work force of 1,100 employees and 17 million square feet under contract. Mr. Bermudez has a vast experience in new accounts start up and branching out to new cities, having done this throughout the states of Florida, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee and Michigan.

Yazmin Bermudez is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Sterling Building Services, Inc., Sterling Window Cleaning, Inc. and Sterling Facility Solution, Inc. She is one of the founding owners and has been in the Janitorial Services field since 1989. Her experience in the field has given her an extreme amount of knowledge that has helped grow the company to what it is today. She is responsible for all of the companies financials and HR operations including: accounts receivable/payable, taxes, invoices, payroll, licensing and certifications.

Andrea VanCuren has many years of experience in the Janitorial Services field, currently holding the General Manager, Janitorial Services Division position for Sterling Building Services, Inc. and Sterling Window Cleaning, Inc. She has the task of overlooking contracts, maintaining client services, scheduling future and current jobs and preparing and submitting proposals. She has a Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Central Florida in Hospitality Management and her experience in working as a leader in that field has given her the know-how to keep her clients happy and multitask to the highest degree.

Michael J. VanCuren is an experienced professional in the construction industry with over 12 years of experience delivering high-quality commercial and industrial projects. Recognized for dedication to excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction, Michael has earned a reputation for managing complex projects from planning to completion—on time and within budget. As Vice President of Sterling Facility Solutions Inc., Michael oversees a team of skilled tradespeople and subcontractors committed to craftsmanship, innovation, and integrity. The company specializes in new construction, renovations, tenant buildouts, concrete work, and more, serving clients throughout Central Florida. With a deep understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and project coordination, Michael ensures every job meets the highest standards of quality. Passionate about developing long-term relationships, he takes pride in turning visions into reality and shaping the built environment of tomorrow.

David Figueiredo brings more than 35 years of industry experience to his role as Business Development Manager. He is responsible for supporting the growth and continued success of the three companies within the Sterling Group: Sterling Building Services, Inc., Sterling Window Cleaning, Inc., and Sterling Facility Solutions, Inc. Over the course of his career, David has led large scale teams some exceeding 900 employees serving a wide range of environments including airports, universities, healthcare facilities, corporate offices, retail locations, and more. Known for his strategic leadership and process improvement skills, he has consistently delivered measurable results by optimizing budgets, streamlining operations, and mentoring high-performing teams. David’s deep understanding of facilities and services paired with a forward thinking, solutions-oriented mindset allows him to develop customized strategies that meet the evolving needs of today’s commercial clients. Jose Franco is an Area Operations Manager for Sterling Building Services, Inc. and Sterling Window Cleaning, Inc. He is responsible for managing our evening janitorial accounts and specialized jobs. Mr. Franco has been in the Building and Janitorial Services field since 1981. Mr. Franco is responsible for the safety and training of our employees, nightly building and job inspections, employee supervision and customer relations.
